Basic History
Coming from a history in tech, this pretty kitty has enough knowledge to steal data, and as such at the age of 12, she was kidnapped by the Market Overseers to be questioned. This was the day she learned to be careful who she hacked. As she was shuffled out of the building there was a mysterious cloaked figure watching her intently, Noelle had seen this person and wondered what they wanted. As she was returned home, the Market Overseers representative demanded the drive from the catgirls CyberDeck, to which Noelle had no choice but to comply with.
